Shipping policy

At Rogero Electronics, we are committed to delivering your orders in a timely and reliable manner. To ensure transparency and set clear expectations, please review our comprehensive shipping policy below.


Order Processing and Dispatch

  • Standard Processing: Orders placed Monday through Friday by 5:00 PM PST are typically processed and shipped the same day.
    • Orders placed closer to or after this time may be packed but might not be picked up by the carrier until the next business day, depending on the carrier's cutoff time for the respective date.
    • In rare cases during holidays, special sales events, other circumstances where order volume is extremely high, orders may take up to 2 business days to ship. Weekends & holidays are not accounted for within the business day timeframe.
  • Guaranteed Same-Day Dispatch: If your order is urgent and requires guaranteed same-day dispatch, please contact us directly by phone. We will accommodate such requests whenever possible.

Address Accuracy and Delivery Issues

  • Customer Responsibility: It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete, including any unit or apartment numbers.
  • Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses:
    • Rogero Electronics is not liable for packages lost or delayed due to address errors or omissions.
    • If a package is returned to Rogero Electronics due to an address error, the customer is responsible for covering the cost of reshipping, irrespective of the original shipping fee.
  • Address Changes Post-Dispatch: Once an order has been dispatched from our warehouse, the shipping address cannot be modified.

Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

  • Liability: Rogero Electronics is not responsible for packages lost, damaged, or stolen during transit.
  • Damaged Box Claims: A picture of the box must be provided to our support team before opening the package.

International Shipping and Customs

  • Customs Duties and Fees:
    • All customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the customer. Rogero Electronics does not manage or oversee these charges.
    • Rogero Electronics will not undervalue declared items or modify item descriptions to reduce customs fees.
    • Customs clearance is solely the responsibility of the customer. By purchasing products from Rogero Electronics, the customer assumes all risks of clearance or customs issues. Rogero Electronics or shipping insurance partners are unable to provide reimbursement or coverage for any customs-related issues, unless the merchandise is returned to sender within 60 days of the shipping date, in 100% brand new, undamaged, unopened condition.
  • Shipping Recommendations:
    • For reliable international delivery, we recommend selecting DHL Express at checkout.

Shipping Methods and Costs

  • Carrier-Calculated Rates: All shipping rates are calculated dynamically by the carrier during checkout and are not determined by Rogero Electronics.

Carrier-Specific Policies

  1. Wakilni:
    • Wakilni shipments are not guaranteed to meet specific delivery timelines, regardless of the estimates provided under the tracking number.

Forwarding Address Orders

  • Delivery Issues: Rogero Electronics is not responsible for any delivery, forwarding, or lost package issues for any forwarding address orders. All disputes must be handled with your forwarder or agent directly. We are able to provide proof of purchase or invoices if necessary, but can not be held responsible or cooperate with forwarding agents for resolutions. You assume all risks when placing an order with Rogero Electronics that ships to a forwarder.

Billing Verification

  • Billing Address: All orders placed with Rogero Electronics must include billing and shipping details that match the billing address registered with the card issuer. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate billing and shipping information at checkout.
  • Verification: Rogero Electronics  reserves the right to verify billing details against the issuing bank’s records. If the billing information provided does not match the card issuer’s records, Rogero Electronics may request additional documentation or verification from the customer before processing the order; and/or update the shipping address to match the authorized billing address on file with the card issuer as a security measure.
  • Terms Agreement: By placing an order with Rogero Electronics , the customer acknowledges and agrees that orders shipped to the billing address registered with the card issuer are considered validly fulfilled. Customers may not dispute, charge back, or otherwise challenge the transaction on the basis that the order was shipped to the verified billing address rather than the shipping address entered at checkout. Requests for reshipments due to mismatched billing/shipping information are not guaranteed and may be subject to additional review or costs.

Additional Considerations

  • Returned Shipments: Misrouted or returned shipments will not be re-dispatched until received back at Rogero Electronics Location. Customers are liable for any re-shipping fees. Rogero Electronics does not offer shipping fee refunds for failed deliveries.
