Refund policy

At Rogero Electronics, we are committed to providing technical precision, niche expertise, and customer satisfaction. This policy outlines the clear terms and conditions under which we accept returns and order cancellations.

By purchasing from Rogero Electronics, you agree to comply with all terms outlined below. 


Can I return it?

Yes, if all of these are true:

  • You're within 30 days of your order date.
  • The item is completely unopened — original packaging, seals, and protective films untouched.
  • All original accessories, cables, and manuals are included.

 

No returns on:

  • Anything opened, used, powered on, soldered, installed, updated or bound to a radio, or with broken factory seals.
  • Orders placed with a discount or promo code, or during any sale event — these are final sale, no exceptions.
  • Clearance section items, gift cards, or digital service cards (e.g., PlayStation/Xbox memberships).
  • Special ordered, personalized, or custom-configured hardware (including custom-built Gaming PCs or custom 3D-printed parts).

How do I return it?

Step 1: Email support@rogero-electronics.com or message us on Whatsapp 03 535 116 before sending anything. Do not ship without approval.

 

Step 2: If approved, we'll discuss the return details.

 

Step 3: Ship it back within 30 days of receiving our approval. After that, the Return cannot be issued for the same order.


What do I get back?

Store Credit: We issue a Rogero Electronics gift card. This is the fastest option.

 

Refund: You must request this before we issue the gift card. Just mention it when you email us.

 

Restocking fee — 3% applies to:

  • Refunds (not store credit) on amounts over $500.
  • All order cancellations, regardless of how soon after purchase — payment processing and administrative costs are incurred the moment an order is placed.

Who pays return shipping?

You pay, unless we sent you the wrong item, or made a mistake.

Please pack your return carefully with protective materials (bubble wrap, padding) to avoid shipping damage. Items damaged during return shipping are not our responsibility. We recommend using a carrier with tracking — we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misrouted packages.


What if my return is denied?

We inspect all returns when they arrive. Returns will be denied if:

  • The item has been opened, used, powered on, soldered, installed, or tampered with.
  • The serial number doesn't match what was authorized (this applies to DJI products and other serialized items).
  • The item was damaged during return shipping to us.
  • The defect is cosmetic only and doesn't affect functionality.

If denied: We'll contact you to arrange return shipping back to you at your expense. If we don't hear back within 30 days, the item will be discarded. Rogero Electronics is not liable for any item discarded due to non-response.
